Cebimdeki Delik kendi girdiğiniz kayıtlar üzerinden hesaplama yapan bir bütçe aracıdır. Yatırım danışmanlığı, finansal danışmanlık veya muhasebe hizmeti sunmaz; ürettiği rakamlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
Uygulamaların kaynak kodu, arayüz tasarımı, metinleri, logoları ve görselleri Pekcan Software'e aittir ve telif hakkı mevzuatı ile korunmaktadır. Uygulama içinde sizin oluşturduğunuz içerik (notlar, kayıtlar, listeler) size aittir; bu içerik zaten yalnızca sizin cihazınızda tutulur ve bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
Uygulamalar "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun çalışacaklarına dair açık ya da zımni bir garanti verilmez. Uygulamalar geliştirme aşamasındadır ve özellikler önceden bildirilmeksizin değişebilir.

Our applications are personal-use utilities intended to make everyday life easier. They require no user account and most of them work without an internet connection. What data each application handles is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy and distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the applications.
You agree not to use the applications in breach of applicable law, not to attempt to disrupt or overload the service or circumvent its security measures, and not to share unlawful, harmful or harassing content through the Remote Room feature of Napsak?.
Şifa Takip is a medication reminder. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and does not replace the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. Always consult a healthcare professional about decisions concerning your medication. Reminders are displayed by your device's operating system, and a reminder may be delayed or may not appear at all if the phone is switched off, battery optimisation restrictions apply, or the notification permission is revoked. Do not rely on this application alone for life-critical medication.

The source code, interface design, texts, logos and imagery of the applications belong to Pekcan Software and are protected by copyright law. Content you create inside an application (notes, records, lists) belongs to you; that content is stored on your device only and we have no access to it.
The applications are provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that they will operate uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. The applications are under development and features may change without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the applications. Because your data is stored on your device only, it cannot be recovered if the device is lost, fails, is reset, or the application is uninstalled. We recommend keeping separate backups of important records.
As of the publication date of this text, our applications are free of charge and contain no advertising. If a paid feature is offered, or advertising is added to an application in the future, this will be stated on the application's Google Play page and in our Privacy Policy before that release is published. Payments are handled through Google Play; refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always published on this page together with the date shown above. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
